Data Tracking = Discipline = Self Care for Future You!
I've alway liked data, and tracking data, and seeing the
end results... but what I don't like is alot of numbers.

That's why I designed a way to track my body's mental and
physical happiness, with hardly any numbers involved.

Knowing your body's cycles, tracking your daily habits, seeing what
you are actually feeding your body, how much movement you get daily,
and keeping track of how your weight fluctuates through out the month is
SO SO SO important... especially if you're over 40.
